Confirm & Authenticate
Click "Place Order". If your bank requires 3D Secure, you will be prompted to authenticate in your banking app or via SMS.
Order Confirmed
Once authorised, you receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking information once dispatched.

Is it safe to enter my card details on your website?
Yes. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure, PCI-compliant payment form embedded in our checkout. Rose et Clementine never sees, transmits, or stores your full card number.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged immediately upon order confirmation. If an item is out of stock and we cannot fulfil your order, a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method.
Can I pay in my local currency?
Our prices are displayed in CAD by default. Stripe automatically converts the amount to your card's billing currency at the current exchange rate. Any foreign transaction fees are determined by your bank.
My payment was declined — what should I do?
First check that your card details are entered correctly and that your billing address matches your bank records. If the problem persists, try a different card or contact your bank. You can also reach our support team for assistance.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Stripe's refund processing time is typically 3–5 business days; additional time may be required by your bank.
