How We Ship

From the moment you check out to the moment your parcel arrives, here is what happens.

Careful Packaging

Every order is hand-packed in eco-friendly, protective packaging. Fragile glass bottles are individually wrapped in recycled bubble wrap and nestled in biodegradable paper fill to arrive in perfect condition.

Quality Check Before Dispatch

Each item is inspected for seal integrity and correct labelling before being placed in the shipping box. We photograph orders above a certain value as proof of condition at dispatch.

Trusted Carriers

We partner with DHL Express, FedEx International, Canada Post, and Colissimo to ensure reliable door-to-door delivery. Carrier selection is optimised by destination for the best balance of speed and cost.

Worldwide Delivery

We ship to over 120 countries. All international shipments include export documentation and, where applicable, a commercial invoice to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Live Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel in real time. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

We declare all shipments accurately and at full value. We are unable to mark packages as “gifts” or alter declared values. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

My parcel arrived damaged

Please photograph the damaged outer packaging and affected products immediately upon receipt, then contact us at support@roseetclementine.com within 48 hours. We will file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it

Please check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office first. If still unresolved after 3 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

My parcel is stuck in customs

First contact your local customs office with the tracking number. If duties are owed, payment will release the parcel. If you need supporting documents, email us and we will provide them within 24 hours.
